E-Tender: Supply of Raw Rations, Daily-Use & Miscellaneous Items for District Jail Mansehra (Rs. 6,000,000)

District Jail Mansehra (Superintendent Muhammad Arif Khan) invites e-tenders for the purchase of raw rations, daily-use items and miscellaneous supplies for FY 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 6,000,000. Procurement will be processed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules through the e-procurement (EPAD) system; bidders must be registered with FBR and KPPRA and comply with all legal requirements. Bids are to be submitted online via the EPAD portal at bps/kp.eprocure.gov.pk.

Bids must be submitted online by 2026-07-21 up to 03:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. A 2% bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) in favor of the Superintendent District Jail Mansehra must be uploaded with the bid; the successful bidder will provide a 2.5% performance guarantee.
