Tender Notice No. 20/2026 – Supply of Various Industrial Items (Islamabad)

Head (Procurement), H‑Block, Near K‑Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad, on behalf of a public sector organization, invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone/fax numbers for supply/procurement of various items. Tender documents are available on submission of the non‑refundable tender fee (amounts shown below) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order payable to P.R. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash or call deposit will not be accepted.

Tenders will be received up to 13:00 hours on the listed opening dates and will be opened the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Head (Procurement) on working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 13:00. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules. How to apply / obtain documents: Obtain tender documents from Head (Procurement) office on working days 09:00–13:00. Submit sealed tenders by 13:00 on the relevant opening date.
