Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), 9-Court Street, Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage–One Envelope procedure from reputable firms/companies with relevant experience for annual repair and maintenance works at various Gurdwara properties in Nankana Sahib. Eligible bidders must hold a valid license and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate category. Bidding documents are available from the ETPB office on payment of a non-refundable fee until 2016-10-06. Sealed bids must be dropped in the tender box at the ETPB office on 2016-10-07 by 14:00; bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 in the presence of bidders' representatives.
Key conditions: bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank in favor of ETPB Board, Lahore.
