Public Caution: Disputed Properties in Model Town, Lahore

This public caution is issued on behalf of client Ammar Ahmed Khan to notify the general public that ownership, title, possession and inheritance of certain Model Town properties are under dispute among legal heirs. Prospective purchasers, developers, tenants, financial institutions and other parties are strictly cautioned not to purchase, sell, transfer, mortgage, lease, charge or otherwise deal with the properties without the written consent of the lawful heir or an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
