NEPRA Hearing on Fuel Charges Adjustment for August 2026 (Ex-WAPDA DISCOs) — 29 Sep 2026

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). NEPRA will hold a hearing on the petition filed by the Central Power Purchasing Agency – Guaranteed (CPPA‑G) seeking approval of fuel charges adjustments for the month of August 2026 for Ex‑WAPDA distribution companies (DISCOs).

Purpose: To deliberate CPPA‑G's petition requesting an increase in fuel charges (CPPA‑G has requested an increase of Rs. 1.727/kWh over the reference fuel charges as per its August 2026 filing) and to consider related submissions for monthly fuel price adjustment.
