Qualifications and eligibility:
- Retired judicial officers or lawyers with at least 10 years standing at the Bar.
- Preferably proficient in multiple local languages.
- For retired judges: age not more than 65 years and clear service record.
- For lawyers: age not more than 50 years and no criminal record.
- Good professional communication skills.
