PESCO Invitation to E‑Bid for Office Stationery, Laptops, IT & Office Equipment

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites e-bids for multiple procurement packages planned under the FY 2020-21 program. Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents, specifications, required quantities and Bid Security amounts are available on the e-PADS e-procurement portal.

Important submission details: E-bids must be submitted online at epads.pk. The original Bid Security (Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of CEO PESCO) together with a covering letter must be delivered in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, Manager MM Directorate, PESCO HQ, Shami Road, Peshawar, by the bid closing time. Manual submission of bids or submission via CD/USB will not be accepted. Bidders must follow the instructions and document requirements available on e-PADS.
