REDAMCO Invitation for Sealed Bids — Lease of Modern Retail Complex Sites (Multiple Locations)

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan.

Purpose: Sealed bids are invited for grant of lease rights to design, finance, build, operate and transfer (DFBOT) modern retail complex sites on railway land at multiple locations across Pakistan for the development of modern retail complexes (fuel station with allied facilities/retail outlets as per bid documents).

Key commercial and procedural information:

• Lease period: 21 years (extendable for another term of 21 years).
• Annual increase in rent: 8% per annum.
• Mobilization period: 12 months from the date of possession.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-08 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
• Bid submission deadline: On or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM.
• Date & time of technical bid opening: 2026-09-21 at 02:30 PM.
