Gwadar Industrial Estates Development Authority (GIEDA) issues a public notice to all industrial/commercial allottees with pending outstanding dues or installments against their allotted plots/files. All outstanding amounts must be cleared and files made fully paid within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice. A 5% penalty will be imposed on installments not deposited within the prescribed due dates. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the allotment/file and re-allotment of the plot in accordance with applicable rules and policy.
