Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites pre-qualification proposals through the Punjab e‑Procurement System from eligible General Contractors for construction and infrastructure works for the Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Midwifery (Nawaz Sharif Medical District), Lahore. Scope includes civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire fighting works, external development works and supply/deployment of necessary material, labor, tools, machinery and related services.

How to apply: All interested applicants must register on the Punjab e‑Procurement System to be eligible. PQ Document / PQ Notice with detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for registered applicants on Punjab e‑Procurement System at eproc.punjab.gov.pk and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at PPRA/eproc link. Responses submitted through any mode other than the Punjab e‑Procurement System will not be considered.
Submission deadline and opening: Pre-qualification proposals must be submitted via the Punjab e‑Procurement System on or before 2026-09-08 by 15:00. Proposals will be opened on the same day on the Punjab e‑Procurement System at 15:30.
