PIDC Invitation to Bids – Development of Left‑Over / New & Allied Works (Phase‑I), Nushahro Feroze Industrial Park

Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) invites e-bids from experienced, registered firms through the PPRA ePADS (Electronic-Procurment of Pakistan eProcurement) system for construction works at Nushahro Feroze Industrial Park. Submission via PPRA ePADS is mandatory. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate category and be active taxpayers.

Key Dates & Procedure

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-25 at 11:30 AM at the address below to clarify bidders' queries. Interested bidders must submit bids electronically on the PPRA ePADS portal using a "Single Stage Two Envelope" procedure. Electronic submission deadline: 2026-09-03 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via PPRA ePADS.

Bid Security & Submission

Bid security (refundable) must be provided in the form of Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Pay Order or a security issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, or a bank/insurance company guarantee (with at least "A" rating from PACRA/SMI) in favor of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC). A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on ePADS with the technical proposal; the original bid security must be submitted to PIDC at the address below before the submission deadline.

Notes

Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. Late, delayed, conditional or telegraphic bids will not be entertained. PIDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
