Specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained by applying on the firm's letterhead to the undersigned on payment of Rs:10006 (non-refundable) by demand draft drawn in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No.27, D.G. Khan. Proforma invoice of principals abroad must be attached with the offer. Quoted rates must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.

Financial requirements:

• Earnest money: 5% of the quoted amount to be enclosed in the shape of deposit-at-call in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No.27, D.G. Khan. Quotations without proper earnest money will not be entertained.

Submission method and conditions:

• Submit quotations in a sealed cover addressed to Administrator, PGHD, P.O. Box No.27, D.G. Khan via Post/OMS or an authorized courier service. Hand delivery is not accepted.
• The envelope should be superscribed with the Tender No. and due date.
• Tenders received by 11:30 hours on the due date will be opened at 12:30 hours the same day in the presence of participating bidders.
