Pakistan Railways CSF Lahore – Invitation to Bids for Cement & HTS Wire (EPADS V2.0)

Pakistan Railways (CSF/Directorate), Headquarters Office, Lahore invites sealed bids through EPADS V2.0 from registered manufacturers/suppliers/bidders/contractors (registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments) for supply/repair/refurbishing in accordance with the Procedure of Public Procurement Rules-2004.

Bids must be submitted on EPADS V2.0. Bid security (lump sum) as shown in the table below is required. Delivery is on DAP (Concrete Sleeper Factory) basis. Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure will be used. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications and procurement documents are available on the e-PAk Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate; submission before the stated closing time on EPADS is mandatory.

Key instructions: bid security may be submitted as Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee as specified in bidding document; late or hard-copy bids will not be entertained; prospective bidders should follow guidelines at PPRA and EPADS. For assistance contact the issuing office below.
