National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the senior position of President / Group Chief Inclusive Development Group (SEVP) based in Karachi, Pakistan. This is a senior management, contractual appointment focused on leading the Bank’s inclusive development, SME, agriculture, green finance, financial inclusion and sustainable finance initiatives.

| Minimum Education | Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized local or international university in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline. Master's degree and/or certifications in Development Finance, Inclusive Finance, Sustainable Finance, SME, Agricultural Finance or related fields preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 18 years' working experience with at least 12 years in banking/financial sector. Either 8+ years as Head of SME and/or Agriculture and/or Commercial business, or 5+ years as Head of Retail Banking. Preference for candidates with experience managing diversified banking portfolios (SME, agriculture, commercial lending), multi‑divisional development‑focused banking operations, and interaction with senior management/board committees. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 57 years on last date of application submission. |
| Employment Type & Tenure | Contractual basis for three years, renewable at Management's discretion. Competitive compensation package. |
| Key Responsibilities | Provide strategic leadership for Inclusive Development initiatives including SME, Agriculture, program-based lending and green & sustainable finance; implement Bank-wide inclusive finance strategy; support Green Banking, ESG and sustainable finance objectives; oversee performance and growth of IDG divisions; represent IDG in Board-level committees and external forums; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote partnerships for green & development financing. |
| Other Skills & Attributes | Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, governance, proven track record in sustainable finance, financial inclusion, product development and risk governance. High integrity and ability to deliver in a regulated environment. |
