Tender Notice — Procurement for Office of the Prosecutor General Punjab, Lahore

Office of the Prosecutor General Punjab, Lahore invites sealed tenders from interested firms/companies/suppliers/distributors/individuals/AOPs registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax & Punjab Revenue Authority for Financial Year 2026-27 for procurement of listed items. Bidders must submit a separate technical and financial bid for each lot and may participate in one or more lots while providing bids for all items mentioned in a given lot.

Key information:

- Bid security: 5% of the estimated value of each package (to be submitted as per bidding documents).

- Tender documents, detailed lists and specifications can be downloaded from the Procuring Entity's website (http://www.pg.punjab.gov.pk), Punjab E‑Procurement System and PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bids must be submitted/uploaded through Punjab E‑Procurement System. No fee is required to participate in the bidding process.

- Submission deadline: before 02:00 PM on 2026-10-12. Tenders will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Response time shall be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.
