Pakistan Railways, CSF/Directorate, Headquarters Office, Lahore invites bids (through EPADS V2.0) from manufacturers / suppliers / bidders / contractors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for supply of cement and HTS wire in accordance with Public Procurement Rules. Bids must be submitted as per bidding documents on EPADS and accompanied by the required bid security. E-bidding is mandatory for registered bidders on EPADS v2.0; manual sealed bids will also be accepted where allowed as stated in the bidding documents.
