Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) invites electronic bids via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 for disposal of Parking Fee Collection Rights for Year 2026-2027 (Ref: D10867). Only bidders registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (appearing on the Active Taxpayer List) and registered on EPADS v2.0 are eligible. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS; manual, physical or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.
