Pakistan Railways (CSF Directorate, Lahore) Invitation to Bids – Cement & HTS Wire (Closing 2026-10-05)

Issuer: Pakistan Railways, CSF/Directorate, Headquarters Office, Lahore. Pakistan Railways invites bids (through eFPADS V2.0) from manufacturers/suppliers/contractors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments for supply of the goods listed below in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Submission method and eligibility: Bids must be submitted via eFPADS V2.0. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS and follow instructions in the e-bidding documents. Bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security in the form of Pay Order, CDR/Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee as described in the bidding documents. Important notes:

• All bids must be submitted through EPADS/eFPADS v2.0 by the closing date and time. Manual submissions or late bids will not be accepted except as permitted in the bidding documents.
