Independent System and Market Operator of Pakistan (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites proposals for the First Wheeling Auction (400 MW). The RFP and annexures are available for download from ISMO's website. Prospective Auction Participants must register on ISMO's Electronic Auction Platform (EAP) to submit electronic copies of proposals and follow the submission instructions below.
