Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Islamabad invites e-bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services under the FY 2026-27 programme. Funds have been reserved for this procurement and MOFA intends to apply part of the proceeds toward eligible payments under the contract referenced P119242.
Procurement will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. A Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Procurement Rules, 2004 and any regulations and instructions issued by the Authority.
