FESCO Tender: Reclamation of Irreparable Damaged Transformers (50 & 100 KVA) — Bid Deadline 08 Oct 2026

Issuer: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO). FESCO invites e-bids through Single Stage One Envelope procedure for reclamation of irreparable damaged transformers on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Transformers can be inspected at FESCO Regional Stores. Work must comply with WAPDA Specification No.DDS-84:2020 (Amended to date) without amendment No.5 and excluding all type tests. Reclamation to use prime materials (new oil and new enamelled copper wire) with rates in local currency inclusive of all taxes and duties (no foreign exchange element).

Locations for free pick and delivery: Regional Stores under FESCO and free delivery at respective consignee store (FCS) Regional Stores FESCO Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha & Mianwali. Bidding documents, detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available on EPADS: www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Submission and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.

Requirements and other conditions:

• Original bid security instrument MUST be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the deadline; bids without submission of original bid security will not be opened.
• Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is provided on EPADS.
