Issuer: The Signal Workshops, Pakistan Railways. Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods under EPADS 2.0 for FY 2026-27. Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and Authority instructions.

Key instructions: e-bidding will be conducted through EPADS 2.0. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the format and amount specified in the bidding documents. Acceptable forms of bid security include Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or other forms described in the bidding documents. Bids must include the security declaration and comply with bidding document requirements, specifications and delivery conditions.
