Pakistan Railways CSF Lahore Tender: Supply of Dry Sand (100,000 cft) – Closing 2026-10-02

Issuer: Pakistan Railways (CSF/Directorate), Headquarters Office, Lahore invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the supply of materials as per public procurement rules.

- Competitive bidding will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Procedure of Public Procurement Rules‑2004.

- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as detailed above in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or as specified in the Bidding Document.

- E-bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, are available on the EPADS portal. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through EPADS. Manual/physical bids will not be entertained.
