The Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from eligible firms, workshops and contractors for pre-qualification on EPADS V2.0 for recurrent Repair & Maintenance Services and subsequent establishment for Financial Year 2026‑2027. Procurement will follow the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended). Services are intended for recurrent/as‑and‑when‑required requirements.
How to apply / submission: Submit pre-qualification documents and required bid security on EPADS V2.0. Bid security (as mentioned in pre-qualification documents) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of DDO Ministry of Maritime Affairs may also be submitted with the documents. Bidders should submit separate bid security if applying in more than one category.
