Pre-qualification applications are invited for issuance of tender documents for multiple civil, electrical, water, gas and repair & maintenance packages at Gwa and Gwa/Gujranwala Cantt locations. Key submission & eligibility information:
- Submit applications to GE (Svcs) Gujranwala Cantt for issuance of tender documents, with complete credentials (as required and referenced under serial no. 6).
- Only firms with sufficient relevant field experience will be pre-qualified; tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified contractors.
- Mandatory documents: certificate that the contractor is not involved in litigation with any Government Department, no outstanding special report from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ), and a copy of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
- Eligible firms: contractors enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, E or F with relevant experience.
- Receipt and opening: Tenders must be received by 2026-10-06 (Tuesday) at 11:30 hrs and will be opened the same day at 12:00 hrs.
- Contact: interested parties may contact the concerned GE / authorized representative for details between 08:00 and 15:00 on working days.
- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
