Pakistan Railways CSF Lahore — Invitation to Bid for Supply of Dry Sand (By Road)

Pakistan Railways, CSF Directorate, Headquarters Office Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers/contractors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply of dry sand (by road) under EPADs v2.0. Bids must be submitted through the e-procurement system in accordance with the Procedures of Public Procurement Rules and related procurement guidelines.

Key instructions and notes:

- Bidding will follow Competitive/Limited Competitive procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as applicable.

- All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents (Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, etc.).

- Bidders must obtain and submit e-bidding documents and submit bids only through EPADs v2.0 by the closing date and time. Manual/physical submission of bids is not acceptable. Bidders should ensure registration on the e-procurement portal and follow the e-bidding instructions.

- The procuring agency's rules and regulations and relevant federal procurement oversight information are available on the authority's websites as noted in the bidding documents.
