Invest Capital Investment Bank: Notice of Share Reduction and Book Closure

Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited announces that the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi has allowed a reduction of the company’s paid-up capital from Rs. 2,848,668,960 (284,866,896 ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each) to Rs. 430,529,840 (43,052,984 ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each) by cancelling 241,813,912 ordinary shares, a proportional reduction of 84.886631405%.

The share transfer books will be closed on 11 July 2026. Shareholders registered as of 10 July 2026 will be entitled to the new reduced shares. Transfers accompanied by original share certificate(s), verified transfer deed(s) and a certified copy of CNIC must be received by close of business on 10 July 2026 by the Share Registrar, M/s CorpTec Associates (Pvt.) Limited, 503-E, Johar Town, Lahore. All existing physical share certificates stand cancelled as of 11 July 2026; holders must surrender their physical certificates and a certified copy of CNIC to the registrar for issuance of new share certificate(s).
