Open Auction of Hotel Plots in Islamabad – 26 September 2026 (CDA)

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites bidders to an open auction of hotel plots in Islamabad. The auction will be held on 2026-09-26 at 10:00 am at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. A corrigendum and related print advertisements were published on September 3, 2026 (PID (I) 2139-D/26 and PID (I) 2140-D/26).

Prime benefits & flexible terms:

- 1-year flexible payment plan with an easy and convenient payment schedule.
- Possession granted upon payment of 75% of the total amount; subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee from a local scheduled bank for the remaining amount.
- Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
- 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days.
- Additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
- CDA to provide facilitation such as electric lines shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and other similar services.
- Independent approach road will be provided for all hotels and necessary facilitation will be provided by CDA.

Special facility for overseas investors: CDA will issue tokens to overseas investors at least one day before the auction date. Payments can be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.

Venue & timing: Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. Auction starts at 10:00 am on 2026-09-26.
