Divisional Superintendent / Workshops Office, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura invites sealed/electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for supply contracts. Bids will be processed under the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Only bids submitted via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) will be entertained. Bid security must be submitted physically in the tender box at the office of Divisional Superintendent Workshops Moghalpura before bid closing; bidders must also upload a complete scanned copy of their bid on EPADS.
