SSGC LPG Ltd. Tender Notice – HR Recruitment Consultancy, Office Fit-Out & Washroom Renovation (Karachi)

SSGC LPG Ltd invites sealed quotations for the following tenders for works and services at its Head Office in Karachi. Tender documents contain detailed terms & conditions, procurement and submission procedures, bid validity and evaluation criteria.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Tender documents and detailed terms & conditions are available from SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, SSGC Karachi Terminal, Main University Road, Karachi. Tender documents must be obtained prior to submission.

- Cost of tender documents: PKR 3,000 each, payable by pay order / demand draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited or by cash at the Head Office (Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00).

- Tender/ bid documents must be sealed, clearly marked with the relevant "Tender Enquiry No.", and submitted on or before the specified submission date/time. Requests for issuance of tender documents should include applicable GST/SST & NTN registration copies and an undertaking on judicial stamp paper (PKR 100) confirming the supplier/contractor is not debarred by any government agency.

- A physical bid bond must be deposited/submitted to the Procurement Department at SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, before the bid opening; failure to submit the bid bond may render the bid liable to rejection.

- Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after the stated submission time at the address mentioned above. If the bid opening date falls on a holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- SSGC LPG Ltd reserves the right to reject any or all bids, cancel the bidding process, and issue corrigenda/clarifications as needed.
