Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kot Addu invites bids from eligible bidders registered on Punjab e-Procurement System for procurement of office furniture, IT equipment and electrical appliances through open competitive bidding under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical financial instruments will not be accepted. The Procuring Agency/Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per rules. Taxes and stamp duty will be applied as per Government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificate must be provided where applicable.
