Institute for Art and Culture, Lahore invites sealed tenders from experienced contractors/service providers for operation/establishment of a Photocopy, Composing & Stationery Center.

Eligibility & Minimum Requirements

• Valid NTN; PRA registration if applicable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience providing similar services to educational institutions or similar organizations.
• Proven track record of service quality and client satisfaction.
• Adequate manpower, equipment and financial capacity.
• Relevant experience with government / semi-government / private institutions will be preferred.

Facilities & Contractor Obligations

• Contractor to provide fully operational photocopy, binding, lamination, colour printing and scanning services.
• Supply stationery items as per institute requirements; provide clean and organized display racks and comfortable counters.
• Any additional installation or furniture to be arranged/installed by the contractor; CCTV cameras to be installed at contractor's arrangements.
• Contractor will carry out any necessary renovation work at its own cost.
• The institute reserves the right to take action on complaints or services/prices not meeting standards and expects compliance with regulatory bodies.
