Government Mian Meer Hospital (GMMH), Lahore invites e-bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for framework contracts for supply of hospital items for FY 2026-27. Bidders must meet minimum eligibility criteria: valid NTN, valid GST, valid PST, valid professional tax registration, active taxpayer status, not blacklisted, and legally authorized to do business in Punjab.
Procurement Type: Open competitive. Contract Type: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure via Punjab E-Procurement System for Framework Rate Contract. Supplies may be required day-to-day or on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis per hospital demand and budget availability. Lot-wise cumulative pricing will be used to evaluate lowest evaluated bid.
