Issuer: Government of the Punjab — Enhancing Delivery and Government Efficiency (EDGE) Wing, S&GAD, Lahore. Bid Ref: SO(EDGE)/Framework/1-2/2026-27. EDGE invites registered companies/firms/suppliers to submit financial bids for framework contracts to supply various lot-wise items during the financial year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement system.
Submission & Opening:
Bids must be placed on the Punjab e-Procurement system before 2026-09-08 at 11:00 AM. Framework contract bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The procedure follows PPRA / PPR rules (Framework Contract).
Eligibility & Key Requirements (as stated):
- Bidders must be registered companies/firms/suppliers of the subject item.
- Bid security must be submitted in the shape of CDR/Pay Order for each framework contract object head as shown in the table below (amounts indicated).
- Bidders must provide an affidavit that the company/firm has not been blacklisted.
- Bank certificate/statement, proof of income tax / NTN / General Sales Tax registration and other routine documentary requirements to be submitted as per framework contract documents.
- Framework contract documents must be signed and stamped where required.
