Engineering Directorate, Punjab Auqaf Organization (Auqaf & Religious Affairs Department, Punjab) invites online e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered firms/contractors for 2026-27 in relevant categories/codes for the following works. Bidding will follow Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with PPRA Procurement Rules, 2014 and subsequent regulations.

Key submission requirements and procedures:
- Bidding documents are available for download after publication from the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-PADS) at https://epproc.punjab.gov.pk.
- Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via 1Link/Online Bank Transfer through PSID. A scanned copy of the paid slip must be attached with the bid.
- Only firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on E-PADS and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026-27 in relevant categories are eligible to submit.
- Submit bids online through E-PADS. Deadline for submission: on or before 01:00 PM on 2026-09-21. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM through E-PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives.
- If a published closing/opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the closing/opening date. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules (Clause-35/PPRA Rules 2014, amended).
