| Minimum Qualification | Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Economics, Law, Mathematics, Finance, Business Studies or other relevant background from an HEC-recognized institution. CFA qualification preferred, particularly for candidates with research and analytical skills related to insurance, NBFCs and securities markets. |
| Experience | At least 15 years of progressively responsible post-qualification relevant experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in insurance, NBFCs and securities markets. |
| Nature & Duration | Appointment on a contractual basis for three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. SECP may consider regularization after completion of three years subject to fulfilment of prescribed criteria. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age not to exceed 50 years as of the closing date of application. |
