Applicants must submit an application dossier in both hard and soft copy including: a detailed CV; HEC-attested degrees, certificates and transcripts (HEC equivalence certificate required for foreign degrees); experience certificates; CNIC; domicile; two recent photographs; and copies of research publications. Important conditions

• Complete applications must reach the Office of Registrar by 17 September 2026. Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Candidates with foreign degrees must provide HEC equivalence before the closing date.
• Government employees must apply through the proper channel and submit NOC from their current institute/department.
• All posts will be filled on a contract basis and HEC rules/regulations regarding eligibility shall apply.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview by the AWCI Selection Committee; no TA/DA will be provided.
• Selected candidates will be governed by the Statutes/Regulations/Rules of PAF Air War College Institute. A competitive salary package will be offered to successful candidates.
