| Qualification | Master's or Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Economics, Law, Mathematics, Finance, Business Studies or other relevant background from an HEC-recognised institution. Candidates holding a CFA qualification will be preferred, particularly those with research and analytical skills related to the insurance, NBFC and securities markets. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible post-qualification relevant experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in insurance, NBFCs, and securities markets. |
| Nature & Duration of Employment | Appointment on a contractual basis for three (3) years, extendable based on organisational need and performance. Commission may consider regularization after completion of three (3) years, subject to fulfillment of prescribed criteria. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age should not exceed 50 years as of the closing date of submission of the application. |
| Inclusivity | Applications encouraged from female candidates, minorities, persons with disabilities, and candidates from Balochistan, Ex-FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). |
