Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The SECP has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and invites sealed bids for the procurement of MS Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) licenses and User CALs under reference T#03/26-27 (Ref: P07202).
Procurement will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and SECP/Authority regulations, procurement guidelines and instructions.
