Proclamation for Absconding Witness — Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Kashmore/Kandhkot

The Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Kashmore @ Kandhkot has issued a proclamation for the appearance of the above-named witness/abductee identified as Ali Gohar (Larkana) in Special Case No. 132/2025, Crime No. 34 of 2023 under U/S 65-A, 148, 149 PPC and 6/7 ATA. Summons previously issued were returned unexecuted and the witness is reported absconding.

The proclamation is issued under section 87 CPC read with section 19(10) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. The witness is directed to appear before the court at the District Complex, District Kashmore/Kandhkot within seven days of publication of this notice; failing which the case will be proceeded with in his absence.
