Auction: Canteen & Parking Stand at DHQ Hospital Jhelum for Financial Year 2026-27

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Jhelum. Sealed/e‑procurement auction for the canteen and parking stand at DHQ Hospital Jhelum for the financial year 2026-27. Interested bidders must submit bids via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) by the submission deadline. Bidding documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

Key conditions and instructions:

• Bids must be submitted on the Punjab e‑Procurement System by 2026-09-18 before 10:00 AM.
• The successful bidder must deposit three months' payment of the awarded bid in advance into the government treasury within three (03) days along with all applicable taxes for the year.
• Call deposit (security) of the second and third highest bidders will be returned after handing over possession to the first successful bidder. If the first successful bidder fails to deposit, their call deposit will be forfeited and the contract awarded to the second bidder, and similarly to the third if the second fails. If the third also fails, deposits will be forfeited and the asset will be re‑advertised.
• Hospital administration reserves the right to reject all offers before contract award (PPRA 2014, Amended Rule 35(1)).
• Bidders declared defaulters by Government / Semi‑Government / Autonomous Bodies are not eligible to participate.
• The successful bidder must vacate the canteen/parking stand within 15 days of prior notice where applicable.
