Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for procurement of IT hardware/equipment for automation of Punjab Horticulture Authority (TOPS-06), renovation/partitioning/furniture/electrical & IT works on a turnkey basis for PITB data center (DC-04), and procurement of backup storage/NAS for PITB data center (DC-03).
Tendering procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be separate, duly completed, signed and stamped.
Submission/opening schedule: Online submission deadline 11:00 hours on 2026-09-18. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.
