Procedure & Submission: Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website. Tender documents are available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of cost.

Deadline & Opening: Bids must be submitted online on eP by 11:00 hours on 2026-09-18. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day.
