Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites electronic bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal for non-consultancy procurement as detailed below. Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate.

Registration & access: Bidders may register and submit bids electronically via EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, submission procedure, bid security requirements, bid validity, opening and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS and may also be downloaded from ISMO (https://ismo.gov.pk/) and PPRA (https://ppra.org.pk/).
Submission & opening: Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding instructions must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-09-22 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the committee room at the ISMO Building, Sector H/1, Islamabad. If the bid opening date is a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
