Bidders must submit bid security (CDR) electronically with the E-Bid on EPADS and also submit the original bid security and any applicable additional security to the procuring entity before closing date/time. Incomplete/failed uploads of technical proposals on EPADS will render bids non-responsive.
All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as required. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened publicly on the date, time and venue communicated through EPADS.
