University of Sargodha (Directorate of Procurement & Stores) invites e-bids under Tender No: PC-I/05/2026-27 for the procurement of tyres for the University transport fleet. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement (Punjab-eP) portal.

Submission & Opening: Submit bids only through Punjab-eP by 2026-10-13 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of firm representatives.
How to Apply: Interested firms must be registered on the Punjab-eProcurement System and have valid Income Tax / GST registration. Bidding documents are available for download from the University of Sargodha website (https://su.edu.pk) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority site (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) after publication. Only e-bids submitted through Punjab-eP will be accepted.
Bid Security & Procedure: Bidders are required to submit 5% earnest money as bid security via the online draw on the Punjab-eP portal following the prescribed procedure. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA (Punjab) Rule 38(2)(a) — single stage two-envelope procedure. If the submission day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
