Directorate of Property & Land, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore invites sealed bids (single stage, two-envelope) for leasing commercial/plaza/market, hospital, IT Park, hospital/health care unit, showrooms, food and retail outlets etc. Leases offered on annual rent (one-time non-refundable premium/commitment fee to be quoted). Lease term: 21 years (extendable for a further 21 years). Annual increase in rent: 8% (compound). Mobilization period: 02 years from date of possession.

• Bid submission deadline: 2026-09-22 by 14:00 hrs; bids will be opened at 14:30 hrs on 2026-09-22.
• Date of bid opening: 2026-09-22.
• One-time non-refundable commitment fee and advance first year annual rent by successful bidder payable within 30 days of issuance of Letter of Intent (LOI).
