Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply & Commissioning of Sound Amplification System – Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites bids through EPADS from contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification system, electronic timing devices & DG sets at different facilities of Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

How to apply: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded via eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available on PSB (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA websites. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Key requirements & instructions:

• Firms must meet evaluation criteria as specified in bidding documents.
• Provide proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm listed on ATL.
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper duly notarized confirming firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security / earnest money must be submitted in the form of bank draft, pay order or CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original submitted before bid closing.
• Submit one hard copy of the technical proposal (financial proposal excluded) as uploaded on EPADS. In case of discrepancies, documents uploaded on EPADS shall prevail.
• Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
• Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
