Invest Capital Investment Bank Ltd — Book Closure for Court-Approved Share Reduction

Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited has obtained approval from the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi to reduce its paid-up capital from Rs. 2,848,668,960 (284,866,896 ordinary shares of Rs.10 each) to Rs. 430,529,840 (43,052,984 ordinary shares of Rs.10 each) by cancelling 241,813,912 ordinary shares.

Share transfer books will be closed on 11 July 2026. Shareholders on the Register of Members as of 10 July 2026 will be entitled to the new reduced shares. Transfers received by the Share Registrar, M/s CorpTec Associates (Pvt.) Limited, with original share certificate(s), verified transfer deed(s) and a certified copy of CNIC by close of business on 10 July 2026 will be treated in time. All existing physical share certificates shall stand cancelled as of 11 July 2026; physical shareholders should surrender certificates and a certified CNIC copy to the Share Registrar at 503-E, Johar Town, Lahore.
