Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites reputable, experienced and professional entities registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers to submit pre-qualification proposals for provision of fireworks services for PCB for the period September 2026 to August 2029. Pre-qualification Document (POD) containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions can be obtained via email from the undersigned.

Proposals must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the PQD and submitted in a sealed envelope (hard copy) and also sent by email. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted in terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; grievances may be submitted in hard format and/or by email to the undersigned. PCB reserves the right to cancel or amend the bidding process and to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
